Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Loss
Little Tiger Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or reputational damage, whether foreseeable or not.
Client Responsibility & Information Accuracy
Little Tiger Consultancy shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Client or third parties engaged by the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and lawful.
Third-Party Services & Platforms Disclaimer
Little Tiger Consultancy shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, failures, or changes in services of any third-party platforms, suppliers, software providers, or advertising channels used in connection with the Services, including but not limited to changes in algorithms, policies, pricing, availability, or performance.
Professional Indemnity Acknowledgement
Little Tiger Consultancy maintains appropriate professional indemnity insurance for the Services provided. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Client confirms that it has not relied on any representations, statements, or assurances other than those expressly set out in these Terms when entering into this agreement.
